years. Of course I am not saying that Zen or vegetarianism are bad. They are
simply quite difficult for an average Westerner. If you see, there are many TV
starts, which are constantly testing these systems but again and again returning
to the Western habits.
If we have the right to kill animals for food, is a subject of much controversy
and each person has different views on this matter.
I think the best thing we can do to keep us in shape, is to mitigate the
excesses that the way we eat has. Perhaps reducing the amount of sugar, red
meat, desserts, alcohol and some social food such as snacks.
With the help of your nutrition specialist, you can deal with a feeding system
as healthy as the eastern, and better suited for your physical needs, your
history and your memory cell.
